Tournament Maestro provides tournament management services to help organizers coordinate matches, manage schedules, and communicate with participants. By using Tournament Maestro, you agree to use the service in accordance with these Terms of Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of information you provide and for all activities that occur under your account.

Tournament Communications

Tournament organizers and participants can communicate through the platform for tournament-related purposes such as match assignments, court numbers, and schedule updates.

Any SMS text messaging is entirely optional, is never required to use Tournament Maestro, and is governed solely by our SMS Notification Policy. Agreeing to these Terms does not enroll you in, or constitute consent to receive, text messages.

User Responsibilities

As a user of Tournament Maestro, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering for tournaments
• Respect other participants and maintain good sportsmanship
• Follow tournament rules and schedules as communicated by organizers
• Not misuse the service or interfere with its proper operation

Service Availability

Tournament Maestro strives to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice.
